Future Concert Plans.

The 2010 Christmas Concert will be on Saturday December 18th at Trinity Arts Theatre, Tunbridge Wells and will be conducted by Ethan Merrick. The programme will include Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 1, Haydn's 'Cello concerto performed by Alice Purton, and the Overture "The Merry Wives of Windsor" by Otto Nicolai. Tickets will be available from the theatre box office price £12 (£6 for under 21s) nearer the time.
Tour to Bruges We are intending to make a tour to the Belgium city of Bruges from 16th - 20th August 2011. The orchestra will be conducted by Brynly Clarke. However in order to do this, we will need your interest and commitment as soon as we publish details and we would probably be looking for a deposit about 9 months in advance. We cannot plan foreign tours on the basis that you will come if nothing better turns up. The more commitment we have the cheaper the tour is likely to be! Planning is well under way and there will be a separate page with more details on the website in due course.
The Lydian Training Orchestra's Autumn Course
will be on Friday 8th October to Sunday 10th October and will be run by Michael
Hitchcock.
